Cold Spring Huntington Bay Northport Halesite NY 1873 Map with Homeowners Names

This is a map which shows where everyone lived in the Villages of Cold Spring Harbor, Northport, Halesite & Huntington Bay, Suffolk County, New York in 1873. This map was recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment.  It's 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.

Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Cold Spring Harbor, Northport and Huntington Bay & Halesite. There is also a small inset map of Deer Park in Babylon.
Due to the limited size of my scanner bed, portions of the maps may not be shown. Please check out the attached pictures for greater detail. The names in the more populated section are a little hard to read due to the density of that area.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Wood, Curtis, Seaman, Mitchell, Hewlett, Jones, Jarvis, Matthias, Murray, Conklin, Scudder, Roe, Brown, Mills and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
