Don't know if these are for men or women boot seems small so I put them under the women category.
Inside of booth has a gel type padding around the the ankle area for protection.

Condition

Boot itself has minor scuffs but no rips or tears.  Laces are in ok condition and may want to replace them.  Hook and loop closure functions properly.
These are used but in overall great condition and top notch brands for all parts.
