Tolland Snipsic Lake Willimantic River CT 1869 Maps with Homeowners Names Shown

This is a 2 map set of the town of Tolland, CT from 1869 and 1892.  This map set was recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. They're 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame. Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the town of Tolland. There is also an inset map of Tolland center along with a business directory. Also shown are Snipsic Lake (was Shenipsat Lake) and the Willimantic River. The 2nd map is a topographical map of Tolland with neighboring towns from 1892.

It's hard to make out the specifics from my scanned picture, however it is indeed crystal clear on the actual maps! Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Benton, Wescott, Lord, Hawkins, Bishop, Martin, Underwood, Kent, West, Chapman, King and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
